Swastik launches India’s First Cultural Storytelling & Entertainment FAST Channel

October 30, 2025 by TVA Editor

Swastik Stories, the creative house behind some of India’s most loved epics, today announced the launch of India’s First Cultural Storytelling & Entertainment FAST (Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV) Channel — a destination where India’s history, values and imagination come alive for the modern world. With a combined reach of over 50 million users, Swastik Stories will offer round-the-clock, free access across JioTV, LG, Xiaomi TV, and RunnTV, and other leading digital and Connected TV platforms.

For over 18 years, Swastik has redefined larger-than-life storytelling — from Mahabharat and RadhaKrishn to Porus and Shrimad Ramayan. Building on this legacy, Swastik Stories marks the next chapter: a multi-platform movement designed to bring India’s cultural wisdom to every home and every screen.

Available across mobile, digital and Connected TV, Swastik Stories is on track to reach 90% of Connected-TV households by March 2026 through its FAST distribution.

Premiering Friday, October 31, 2025, at 6:00 PM IST, Hamara Vinayak, the first digital Swastik Stories original, will release new episodes every Friday on the official Swastik Stories YouTube channel, with same-day streaming on the FAST channel across JioTV, LG, Xiaomi and RunnTV — reaching viewers from smart TVs to smartphones. Presented by 1Finance, and created for today’s digital generation, Hamara Vinayak embraces a short-format narrative — 10–12-minute cinematic stories made for people who want meaning in minutes. The launch marks Swastik’s debut in the digital-first entertainment space, extending its legacy of powerful storytelling to audiences worldwide.

Siddharth Kumar Tewary, Founder & Chief Storyteller — Swastik Stories, said, “Swastik Stories is about giving Indian culture a new rhythm in the digital age. We want to reach every screen, every home and every viewer who seeks meaning and connection in the stories of our past — told in a voice that belongs to the present. This is not just a channel launch, but the beginning of a cultural storytelling movement — one that carries India’s stories forward with heart, honesty and hope.”

On collaborating with Swastik Stories for Hamara Vinayak, Drashti Thaker, AVP Marketing, 1Finance, said, “At 1 Finance, we believe that everyone needs the right coach to guide them, whether in life or finance. That’s why our collaboration with Hamara Vinayak feels so natural. Just as Vinayak helps his protagonists find direction amidst their ambitions, our financial advisors guide individuals through the ever-evolving world of investments, tax planning, and overall financial well-being. This story mirrors the lives of today’s mass affluent, those striving for growth while seeking the right counsel to achieve balance and clarity in their financial journey.”

With a growing library of originals and curated titles inspired by India’s history, culture and spiritual legacy, Swastik Stories aims to create a new category in entertainment — where culture meets contemporary storytelling.
