Asia – Fox International Channels (FIC) and HBO Asia both had a victorious night at the 18th annual Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards. Films and TV series on FIC’s channels won seven awards out of15 total categories. Key wins came from the major Motion Picture categories – Best Cast, Best Actor and Best Actress, and from the Television categories – Best TV Comedy Cast, Best TV Drama Actress and Best TV Comedy Actor. Programmes shown on HBO Asia’s bouquet of channels bagged five awards in total, all in the television categories. These awards include; Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series; and Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series.
