Singapore – MediaCorp bagged three awards at the inaugural Asia Rainbow TV Awards organized by HK Televisioners Association and China TV Production Committee, held in Hong Kong. Channel 8 programme Life Transformers 2 claimed the award for Best Infotainment while gameshow Gatekeepers is Best Game & Quiz Show. Quan Yifeng is the Best Programme Host (Female) through her performance in Life Transformers 2. Channel 5 police drama Point of Entry also received a nomination in the Best Action Drama category. The Asia Rainbow Television Award recognises outstanding television productions in Asia. The awards received more than 150 entries from 13 countries.
