Tokyo – Australia-based technology services company, EAMG ( eAge Media Group Pty Ltd) has concluded the buy out of Tokyo-based The New Media Group K.K. (TNMG), operator of the fast-growing World On-Demand IPTV platform. EAMG will license and manage TNMG’s WOD Middleware product throughout middle Asian markets, as well as conduct advanced media operations outsourcing for both content owners and global IPTV platforms that need digitalization and content management services. “We have been watching the growth of World On-Demand, and have tested the services and the middleware,” said Om Saini, president of the OSS Group and acting CEO of EAMG and TNMG. “We like what we see and what we see is a massive market as IPTV explodes in our region. We also know that global media companies have massive needs for content management and related digital services. We will be uniquely positioned in Asia Pacific markets to take advantage of this buy out and grow the business two fold over the next three to four months,” he added.
