Hong Kong – Cartoon Network is launching the first dedicated high-definition kids’ entertainment channel in Southeast Asia, starting with the Philippines on January 20. Cartoon Network HD will broadcast as a linear service on SKYcable channel 178 in the country, complementing the existing standard definition offering on channel 43.
