Doha - The Supreme Education Council of Qatar (SEC) and Al Jazeera Children's Channel (JCC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) giving all Independent Schools working under SEC's umbrella access to JCC's VoD educational website Taalam.TV launched early last year.
