Sydney- The Seven Network/Yahoo online venture Yahoo!7 has appointed m.Net Corporation as its provider of mobile marketing and distribution solutions. Sydney- Canada's CanWest Global Communication's bid to assume majority control of Australia's Network Ten has been approved by the Australian Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB). Hong Kong– Three Hong Kong bars have settled High Court lawsuits for illegally broadcasting the World Cup football tournament in June last year.
