Businessweek reports that Rupert Murdoch’s 21st Century Fox Inc. plans to form a TV-production venture with Apollo Global Management LLC, combining the companies that made American Idol and The Biggest Loser. New York — According to the Agence France-Presse, Rupert Murdoch's 21st Century Fox said Thursday it was selling its 47 percent stake in Star China TV, which operates three Mandarin-language television stations.
