Honyee Media’s Chinese version of BBC’s Top Gear launched its first five episodes of the second season with a combined audience of 217 million across TV and online. Shanghai – BBC Worldwide, together with Honyee Media, production partner for Top Gear China, unveiled the three hosts for the Chinese version of the popular show Top Gear. “Sewing Bee” goes to Denmark
BBC Worldwide announced on July 18 its first format deal with Danish terrestrial broadcaster TV2 Fri who will produce their own version of Sewing Bee. The format from Love Productions, who also created The Great Bake Off, follows a nationwide competition to find the country’s best amateur sewer via tense, time-limited challenges and is licensed internationally by BBC Worldwide.
