Luxembourg / London / Los Angeles – RTL Group has announced that Tony Cohen will step down from his role as CEO of FremantleMedia. Cécile Frot-Coutaz succeeds Cohen and will be based in London, effective 1 July 2012. According to the company’s statement, Cohen will leave to focus on his non-executive work.
