Hong Kong - Asia Broadcast Satellite (ABS) and Vietnam Telecom International (VTI) have signed an MOU to exchange capacity on the two satellites ABS-1 and VINASAT-1. Sydney - Transmission provider Broadcast Australia has acquired 55% of Radio Frequency Engineering Limited (RFE), a Hong Kong-based business specialising in indoor and confined space coverage.
