London – Endemol announced on March 31 that it has acquired international drama production company Artists Studio. Artists Studio produces critically acclaimed hits such as The Fall, starring Gillian Anderson (The X-Files, The Last King of Scotland) and Jamie Dornan (Fifty Shades of Grey, Once Upon a Time). Turner picks up new “Mr Bean Animated Series”

Hong Kong – Endemol announced on March 13 that Turner Broadcasting System International has acquired the all-new second series of Mr Bean Animated Series for their services throughout Asia Pacific, Latin America, the Middle East and several European markets including the United Kingdom, Turkey, Spain and Italy. Endemol acquires Bourdain’s and Spurlock’s CNN series

London – Independent production and distribution company Endemol has acquired the international television distribution rights (outside of the USA) to CNN’s factual series Anthony Bourdain Parts Unknown and Morgan Spurlock Inside Man. Endemol to distribute Spike TV’s “10 Million Dollar Bigfoot Bounty”
