Mongolia gets a voice
Al Jazeera English has launched on DDish TV in Mongolia, the only satellite TV operator in the country. It is the second international news network, after Bloomberg TV, to launch in the country in November alone. Hong Kong – Bloomberg Media Group, in partnership with The Trade & Development Bank of Mongolia (TDB), announced the formation of Bloomberg TV Mongolia. The channel, scheduled to launch in March 2012, targets one of the best-performing stock markets and fastest-developing countries in Asia.
