BBC Worldwide has confirmed a three year deal with Eurosport for the annual World Professional Darts Championship. The British pastime will now be available to new audiences not only across Europe but also Asia until 2011. The competition kicked off in Lakeside on January 3 for nine days of heated competition. Singapore - Red Bee Media has virtually closed down its Singapore operation, with the region to be handled primarily out of its Beijing office. BBC Worldwide announced the launch of BBC Knowledge on CJ HelloVision, South Korea's largest digital cable platform.
