Netflix won the Television award for Best International Programme with crime drama series Breaking Bad at the British Academy of Film and Television (BAFTA) in London on May 18. “The Act of Killing” wins BAFTA
The Act of Killing has won the Best Documentary prize at the 2014 BAFTA Film Awards. The film follows a group of former Indonesian death squad leaders as they reenact their 1965-66 mass killings of around one million suspected Communists for a fantasy film that includes classic Hollywood crime scenarios and lavish musical numbers. IMG to distribute BAFTA programming worldwide
IMG Media, a division of IMG Worldwide, the global sports, fashion and media company, has signed a three-year deal with the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) to distribute programming of the organisation’s coveted award ceremonies.
