Singapore - Malaysia-based All Asia Networks Plc has filed a notice of arbitration against a number of companies under the Lippo Group. Media Prima expands radio, gears up for Global Brand Forum
Petaling Jaya - Media Prima Bhd (MPB) is expanding its radio business with the proposed acquisition of Radio Wanita Sdn Bhd (RWSB). MPB announced it has agreed to acquire RWSB through a conditional share sale agreement which will see MPB owning 80 per cent stake in RWSB for a cash consideration of RM$12.16million (US$3 million) less any current liabilities. Singapore - SingTel announced the launch of a new Malay language channel, Astro ARUNA, premiering on mio TV (Channel 35) on 6 October.
