CJ ENM Hong Kong has licensed a package of six Thai drama series produced by True CJ Creations to India’s Amazon MX Player. All episodes of the six series – Dear My Secretary, Good Doctor, 23:23, Start-Up, Happiness, and Thank You Teacher – will be available from 2 July 2026.
Adapted from popular Korean intellectual properties (IP), the six dramas bring a diverse slate of romance, drama, thriller and sci-fi titles to Indian audiences, with all series available in Hindi-dubbed versions accompanied by English subtitles on Amazon MX Player’s AVOD service.
Adapted from successful Korean formats, the remakes add a distinct Thai flavor to the universal themes and emotional narratives that have driven the global popularity of Korean content. The deal highlights the growing international appeal of Korean IP and Thai content beyond traditional content licensing, demonstrating the adaptability of Korean stories and travelability of Thai content across cultures and languages.
As demand for Asian entertainment continues to grow globally, CJ ENM Hong Kong remains committed to creating new opportunities for Korean IP and Southeast Asian storytelling through strategic licensing partnerships, format adaptations, and cross-border content collaborations.
The six series will be available across Amazon MX Player’s mobile apps and Connected TVs, and can also be accessed via the Amazon shopping app, Prime Video, Fire TV, JioTV and Airtel Xstream from 2 July 2026.
