ITV Studios Global Entertainment (ITVS GE) has closed a deal with UKTV in Australia for 227 hours of drama and entertainment programming.
UKTV has acquired a number of ITVS GE’s detective drama franchises, including Inspector Morse (33 x 120’) and three series of the recent spin-off Lewis (12 x 120’), five series of A Touch Of Frost (14 x 120’) starring Sir David Jason and Prime Suspect (15 x 120’) starring Dame Helen Mirren.
It has also picked up entertainment titles including Series 13 of the long-running quiz show Eggheads (160 x 30’) and The Royal Variety Performance 2013 (1 x 120’).
