Chrisley Knows Best
London – Independent distributor all3media International is bringing Atlanta’s first family of fabulous to the UK as part of a host of new global deals for Maverick TV and all3media America’s factual entertainment reality series Chrisley Knows Best.
The UK’s ITV has acquired both seasons one and two (20×30’) for primetime broadcast on its lifestyle and entertainment channel ITVBe. Chrisley Knows Best, which originally aired on USA Network and follows the lives of multi-millionaire real estate developer and entrepreneur Todd Chrisley and his picture-perfect Southern clan, will make its UK debut in the first quarter of 2015.
Sasha Breslau, Head of Acquired Series at ITV, noted, “Todd Chrisley and his clan are a fantastic fit for ITVBe, bringing our audience the best reality programmes featuring larger than life characters. I’m delighted we will have USA’s latest hit series on our network.”
Seasons one and two have also been secured by Foxtel in Australia, Viasat for Denmark, VTM for Flemish Belgium and Zonemedia in a pan territory deal covering Africa, the Middle East, and Central and Eastern Europe. In addition, deals have been signed with Kanal 5 (Sweden), NBC Universal (Russia and CIS) and RTL CBS Asia (pan Asia) whilst deals have been done in Canada to W Network and Corus Entertainment.
Since launching at the beginning of 2014, Chrisley Knows Best has proved a hit in the U.S., consistently achieving ratings in excess of one million for USA Network. The second season is currently airing, with a half-hour special A Very Chrisley Christmas – also available through all3media International – airing over the holiday period.
