Munich, Germany– Amazon and Starz have announced a licensing deal for Germany for the comedy horror series Ash vs Evil Dead. In the series adaption of the horror cult film The Evil Dead, Bruce Campbell reprises his role as Ashley J. “Ash” Williams and once again faces the “deadites.” All 10 episodes of the first season will be available on September 1 in the English original and German dubbed version exclusively for Prime members in Germany. The second season will follow later this year on Germany’s most popular video streaming service Amazon Prime Video.
