New York – The Nielsen Company announced that it has acquired KoreanClick, the leading web measurement company in South Korea. KoreanClick, launched in 2000, employs proprietary technology to measure internet usage and attitude data, including audience measurement and for applications such as instant messaging, gaming and online multimedia. Their clients include internet companies, as well as advertisers and ad agencies. Through this acquisition, Nielsen expands its global measurement capabilities with coverage of the nearly 40 million internet users in South Korea.
