The 13th edition of CONTENT TOKYO, Japan’s premier trade show for content creation, production, and licensing, has wrapped up with resounding success, reaffirming its status as Asia’s most pivotal event for the content industry. Over the course of three days, content creators, distributors, solution/technology providers, marketing service providers, and licensors came together to showcase cutting-edge technologies and services that are shaping the future of content creation.
Tokyo Big Sight buzzed with excitement from June 28-30, 2023, as attendees explored an extensive range of offerings that spanned across marketing, advertising, entertainment, licensing, and more. Boasting an impressive turnout, CONTENT TOKYO and its concurrent shows welcomed a staggering 47,092 attendees and 943 exhibitors from 41 countries, 198 press attendees, all engaging in a comprehensive exploration of the latest trends and innovations within the content creation landscape. The event’s influence was further magnified by its five consisting shows: LICENSING JAPAN, Creators’ Expo, Production/Studio Expo, Ad Creative & Marketing Expo, and Advanced Digital Technology Expo. One of the event’s highlights was the provision of a tailored Private Matchmaking Tour, a remarkable initiative where 50 international exhibitors from LICENSING JAPAN were introduced to Japanese visitors. Under the guidance of the dedicated Show Management staff, visitors were able to forge meaningful interactions with the exhibitors, enhancing international collaboration and partnership opportunities.
