
PETALING JAYA – Video-on-demand service dimsum has announced its strategic partnership with entertainment platform GMM Grammy, and has signed a memorandum of understanding with multimedia company Artop Media during the recent Top Thai Brands 2018 event held at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
With this partnership announcement, dimsum cements a long-term collaboration with major content providers and distributors in Thailand such as GMM Grammy and Artop Media Company to further expand its Thai content offering on dimsum.
The deal also promises to bring Thai popular series and artistes tours to Malaysia including the cast of drama series, My Dear Loser Series: Monster Romance, having recently concluded a fanmeet. This will signify the first collaboration between dimsum and Artop Media, a Bangkok-based content sales and distribution company which focuses on Asian TV series and films.
The memorandum was signed by dimsum Chief Marketing Officer, Miss Lam Swee Kim and Mr Zhang Dong, Chief Executive Officer of Artop Media Company, and also jointly witnessed by Director General of Department of International Trade Promotion, Chantira Jimreivat Vivatrat.
The signing was graced by My Dear Loser Series: Monster Romance main cast Thanat Lowkhunsombat and Worranit Thavornvongs. The tour is supported by the Thai Airways International, Royal Thai Embassy, Thai Creative, GMM Grammy and Artop Media Company Thailand.
