LONDON, AMSTERDAM – CBS Studios International’s world-class programming continues to deliver ratings success for British broadcasters, with many of CBS’ new and returning series ranking #1 on channels across the country.

 

Some of the broadcasting highlights include:

 

On Sky One:

• SEAL TEAM launch episode delivered the top Sky One audience of 2018, and was one of the top 5 US drama audiences of the year overall in the U.K.

o   The series premiere of SEAL TEAM on March 22, 2018 was the most-viewed telecast of a U.S. series on Sky One since March 3rd, 2016.

 

• HAWAII FIVE-0 is the #1 series on Sunday nights on Sky One.
• MACGYVER season two average has improved by +8% vs prior year on Sky One (excluding repeats).
• THE LATE LATE SHOW WITH JAMES CORDEN is the #1 U.S. unscripted series overall on Sky One.

On Sky Living:

• The latest season of AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL was the #1 unscripted series on Sky Living.
• MADAM SECRETARY is a top 6 series overall on Sky Living.

 

On Sky Atlantic:

• BILLIONS season 3 average has improved by +4% vs prior year on Sky Atlantic.
• BLUE BLOODS is a top 5 U.S. series on Sky Atlantic.

 

On FOX:

• NCIS is the #2 series overall on FOX.
• BULL is a top 5 drama on FOX.

 

On Channel 4/More4:

• FRASIER is the #2 U.S. comedy and a top 5 U.S. series overall on Channel 4.
• EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND is a top 5 U.S. comedy on Channel 4.
• THE GOOD FIGHT is the #1 U.S. series and #1 series in primetime on More4.

 

On Channel 5/5USA:

• NCIS is a top performing series on 5USA in 2018.

On ITV3:

• JUDGE JUDY is the #3 U.S. series on ITV3.

For over 60 years, CBS programming has been an integral part of the British television landscape, from the iconic I Love Lucy which premiered on the BBC, to the groundbreaking forensic procedural CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.

 

Today’s slate of CBS and SHOWTIME series anchor many U.K. broadcaster’s schedules, with programming that spans across timeslots and genres, from the daytime juggernaut JUDGE JUDY on ITV3 to the provocative and powerful drama BILLIONS on primetime on Sky Atlantic.

 

CBS Studios International also has the new mid-season drama INSTINCT, premiering on Sky Living this year. Starring Alan Cumming and Bojana Novokavic, INSTINCT launched in the U.S. on March 18, with the first three episodes ranking as the most-watched entertainment series on Sunday night. Currently, INSTINCT is averaging 10.7 million viewers, and after three episodes it is already in the top 25 most-watched shows on American broadcast television.
