Shanghai– HBO’s Emmy and Golden Globe winning hit series, Game of Thrones, took home the Magnolia Award for Best Foreign Series held this evening at the Shanghai Oriental Art Center, in conjunction with the 22^nd Shanghai TV Festival. Based on the bestselling fantasy book series by George R.R. Martin, Game of Thrones chronicles an epic struggle for power in a vast and violent kingdom.
