Paris– Reed MIDEM’s Television Division announced that it has brought together six major international acquisition executives to create the first ever Drama Buyers Advisory Board. The group’s essential role is to offer guidance in strategic and content development for future drama projects related to Reed MIDEM’s portfolio of TV events including MIPTV and MIPCOM.

The new board will meet several times a year and one of their first tasks will be to vote for and present the Buyer’s Choice Award at the inaugural MIPDrama Screenings. The board includes Sarah Wright, BSkyB’s (UK) Director of Acquisitions; Aline Marrache-Tesseraud, Canal+ (France) SVP International SVOD Global Acquisitions; Ruediger Boess, ProSiebenSat1 (Germany) EVP, Group Acquisitions and Sales; Zelda Stewart, Mediaset (Italy) Head of Acquisitions; and Ignacio Barrera, Head of Acquisitions Department.
