Armoza Formats continues to extend their presence in the growing African market with 2 new deals. Armoza’s reality dating show Love Lab has now been commissioned in Angola and Mozambique, where 60 episodes will air on Banda TV. In addition, MTG Africa, part of the international entertainment group MTG (Modern Times Group) has recommissioned Armoza Formats’ long-running factual entertainment format, The Package in Tanzania following a strong first season. MTG-owned Modern Africa Productions (MAP) will be entering into production in June for a slated airdate of Fall of this year on TV1.
Love Lab (60’), produced by Abot-Hameiri and aired on Israel’s Channel 10, is a dating reality format that sees one bachelor, his entourage of three best friends, and 14 single girls living together in one luxurious mansion on the quest to find true love. All 18 players will live together cut off from the outside world, monitored by over 40 cameras that can be viewed 24/7. The cameras will follow their every action, allowing no kiss to go unrecorded and no scandal to go uncommented!
The Package (30’) is a format that brings people closer together, by centering on a package, which is passed on from one person to another, forming a chain of givers and receivers. As the package makes its journey across the country, stories are told, friendships are rekindled, and confessions are made as each receiver in turn sends it on to someone who changed their life.
