Los Angeles − BoPaul Media Worldwide (BMW) announced that its newest television series entry, Tommy Habeeb’s The Big Big Show, a blend of hare-brained talent and crazy consequential antics, will makes its debut at MIPTV (13-16 April, Cannes, France).
Starring as permanent guests are Tom Green, Andrew Dice Clay, and Tara Reid. Habeeb, famed for founding and hosting the controversial series, Cheaters, will host the program.
The 24-episode, one-hour weekly show is already committed to a September 2015 launch on television stations covering 70% of U.S. television households, including stations in New York, Los Angeles and Chicago. Sinclair Broadcast Group is a major supporter with over 20 stations participating. CBS, Tribune, Weigel and Media General have placed the show in their fall schedules.
BoPaul Media’s CEO Paul Rich and Habeeb last teamed up producing and distributing the globally popular Billionaires Car Club and Stag reality TV series.
Habeeb starred in and co-produced the weekly reality television series, Cheaters. The show to this day enjoys distribution with 80% clearance in the U.S. and in more than 230 markets around the world. Goldstein/Habeeb Entertainment produced Cheatersfrom 1998 – 2002 with investigations filmed across the country, documenting relationships involving suspected infidelity in varied stages of development. He doubles as the show’s star, private investigator Tommy Grand, and as the co-producer of Cheaters.
Habeeb has starred in the syndicated sitcom, Out on Bail, as well as in the feature film Dangerous Country while continuing to host the television show and video series, Eye for an Eye, Superstar in Sports: Inside Training Camp, a training video for kids. Utilising the world’s top athletes, with hip-hop music and graphics, this fast-moving show provides both fun and information.
