Zodiak Kids announced a new deal for independent producer Novel Entertainment’s animated children’s TV series Horrid Henry. Zodiak Kids has licensed the series to Cartoon Network for their APAC region and it has also acquired a brand new Series 4 (52 x 11’) from Novel Entertainment.
Cartoon Network APAC has taken new Series 4, Series 3 and relicensed Series 1 and 2 and will be broadcasting over 200 episodes throughout their APAC feed including; Australia & New Zealand, India, South-East Asia and Taiwan.

Horrid Henry Series 4 is currently being produced by Novel Entertainment and will launch on CITV early 2015.
The Horrid Henry television series is based on the characters in the best-selling children’s books created by Francesca Simon and illustrated by award-winning author/illustrator Tony Ross. Novel Entertainment has produced four series of the 2D animated television show for ITV1 and CITV in the UK bringing the total number of episodes to 208, making Horrid Henry one of the biggest animated children’s shows ever produced in the territory. Launched in 2006, the property became CITV’s most popular show.
The property is broadcasted around the world and has been bought by networks in France, Germany, Eire, Singapore, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, South Africa, Portugal, Poland, Korea, Turkey and across the Pacific and Australasia. Zodiak Kids has been assigned all international TV and DVD distribution rights across all four seasons and will be taking the new series to MIPCOM.
