MediaCorp has appointed international engineering consultancy Web Structures to work on its new state-of-the-art broadcasting campus in Singapore.

MediaCorp’s Mediapolis development includes two large studios, post production facilities, news gathering and broadcasting facilities, a 1,600-seater theatre and office space designed to provide maximum interaction between staff and encourage creativity. The 800,000 sq ft campus will play a central role in the Mediapolis media hub in Buona Vista.   

The new centre is scheduled to open in August 2015. Maki Associates of Tokyo are lead architects in association with DP Architects from Singapore.
