Singapore – MediaCorp staged its largest annual tradeshow yet on November 25 at Suntec Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre as its business units from television, radio, newspapers, magazines, movies, digital and out-of-home media came together to offer integrated media solutions for business partners. Invited guests were treated to a spectacular cabaret-themed show hosted by Michelle Chong, Dennis Chew and Kumar. Making their debut at the festival was Raintree Pictures, who promoted their new film, It’s A Great Great World set in Singapore’s legendary amusement park Great World. Other sneak peeks advertisers got to see were Channel 5’s first-ever national-themed tentpole gameshow We Are Singaporeans – where ordinary folks pit their local knowledge against a studio of participants in a series of questions tagged to a money tree; Channel 8’s A Song To Remember – a mega drama on the life of a cabaret star and Move This, It’s Yours – the ultimate tentpole variety as contestants display their strength and speed in a giant studio course unparalleled in any other competition show in order to earn their prizes; the new Style: and TODAY on iPad; and Out-of-Home Media’s first mobile billboard in Singapore.
