Hong Kong – PCCW’s now TV and the National Basketball Association (NBA), the world-renowned American basketball league, have joined forces to bring the best of NBA games live to viewers in Hong Kong starting from the 2010/11 season. Under the multi-year partnership with NBA, now TV will be the exclusive Hong Kong pay-TV broadcaster of the games commencing in the 2011/12 season. now TV subscribers can watch NBA TV and NBA games on now SPORTS , with more than 350 NBA live games per season – including daily coverage of Regular Season Games, enhanced coverage of the Playoffs, All Star Weekend, full coverage of both Conference Finals and the Finals, NBA Classic Games, and support programs such as Real NBA and NBA Action. now TV will be broadcasting a number of the NBA matches in HD. Also, for the first time in Hong Kong, viewers can catch-up on NBA games and support programs via the now Select on-demand service. NBA TV, the 24-hour official TV channel of NBA, will be launched on now TV in October 2010. This channel with season-round basketball action is ideal for basketball fanatics. In addition to TV, the NBA games will be available through simulcast on other PCCW quadruple-play platforms of internet, mobile and eye services.
