Melbourne – Ovum, the analyst and consulting company, announced Greg Neylan’s appointment as principal consultant, policy and regulation, in its Asia-Pacific team. Antonio Bartolome, managing director of Ovum Asia-Pacific said, “We are very pleased to welcome Greg to the Ovum team. We are sure his experience will assist our clients across the board and he will have a very positive impact.” Neylan previously held senior management positions in the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) and predecessor regulatory agencies at ACA and Austel. Additionally Greg was manager, regulatory affairs at Visionstream Pty Ltd, during the Nextgen Networks national fibre deployment and more recently at Optus Mobiles Pty Ltd as project manager responsible for Optus/Vodafone 3G joint venture and corporate customer in-building deployments.
