Singapore – Former ESPN STAR Sports (ESS) executive Justin Sampson has been appointed country head and regional manager of Sporting Spectrum, an experiential marketing, sports and events management company in Australia and Asia. Based in Singapore, Sampson will oversee the company’s business development, operations and training throughout the region, and will run events including the upcoming JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge, Anlene Orchard Mile, as well as City Chase in Singapore and Hong Kong. At ESS, Sampson was director of advertising and sales sponsorship covering Australia, Middle East and South East Asia. He was also a rugby presenter on ESS programmes including Tri Nations and Rugby World Cup. Currently, he provides commentary on the 6 Nations show, as well as writes articles for Espnstar.com and a magazine in Singapore.
