Hong Kong – Celestial Pictures will release romance classic Behind the Yellow Line in Blu-ray format from April 2008, as the first Shaw Brothers title launched in HD home entertainment format. The release also commemorates Hong Kong artiste Leslie Cheung who died April 1, 2003. Terry Mak, executive vice president, distribution & TV networks of Celestial Pictures said, “We are planning to release more Shaw Brothers classics in Blu-ray format to deliver the most advanced viewing experience to consumers as demand for high-definition content rises. We are also looking to expand our home entertainment product lines to our existing distribution channels.”
