Moscow and Amsterdam – TV-3 has licensed from CBS Studios International the free-to-air rights in Russia to the new SHOWTIME limited event series Twin Peaks. The series will be broadcast on TV-3 24 hours after the premiere of the series in the States.    Twin Peaks is written and executive produced by series creators David Lynch and Mark Frost, and is executive produced by Sabrina S.
