Zodiak Media has hired Grant Ross for the new role of EVP Global Creative Development and Format Acquisition, a move that marks the company’s ambition in global formats. Zodiak Media announced on April 15 that Nigel Pickard is stepping down from his role as CEO of Zodiak UK Kids and Chair of The Foundation, but will return as a consultant and advisor on a range of projects for the company.
