Keshet International (KI) has licensed two seasons of its International Emmy Award-winning comedy format Traffic Light (Ramzor) to TV3 Group in Latvia.  Currently in production by SIA Seriālu mājas (Kolektīvs) under the local title Luksofors, the first season (57x30’) will premiere on TV3 from 1 September, with a second season (61x30’) already confirmed.
