Paris – Marathon Media, a Zodiak Kids company, has signed a deal with Singapore animation studio Scrawl, to co-produce Star Princess (working title), an animated series developed in partnership with France Télévisions and Disney Channel France. Both companies have committed to two seasons of 26 half-hour shows, for a total of 52 episodes. NHK and France Télévisions renew co-production partnership
Japanese public broadcaster NHK and French public broadcaster France Télévisions have agreed to sign a co-production agreement to strengthen their collaboration on major offerings over the coming three years. The agreement is a renewal of a co-production/pre-buy agreement signed by NHK and France 5 in 2002. The two broadcasters have enjoyed a run of shared success.
