CASBAA appeals court ruling to nullify search warrants against Philippines’ Telmarc Cable Corp.
Philippines– The Cable and Satellite Broadcasting Association of Asia (CASBAA) filed a Motion for Reconsideration at the Court of Appeals in Manila to reverse an appellate court decision to nullify search warrants issued against local cabler Telmarc Cable Corp. for acts of copyright infringement.
