Korean Broadcasting System (KBS) has reached an agreement with Astro, to carry KBS World, its international television channel. KBS World will be available for all subscribers as a basic channel. Via Astro, about 2 million households in Malaysia and Brunei will gain access to KBS World on a daily basis as of 13th October 2007. Korea’s SBS partnering with Telemundo Internacional
Cannes - Korean broadcaster SBS and Latino powerhouse Telemundo Internacional signed a landmark agreement on Oct. 10. Cannes - Telcast Media Group, the company behind earthTV, has signed the first deal to distribute its content in Japan as well as launching several new program strands and formats.
