France- Lagardère Studios Distribution and Arte have just signed a deal regarding the sale of Beau Sejour, produced by deMENSEN for Eén. The Flemish production, a successful blend of fantasy and spine-chilling thriller, features a powerfully nuanced performance by newcomer Lynn Van Royen.
