BBC’s global audience hits a record-breaking 265 million

New figures released on June 23 show that the BBC’s global audience has increased to a record-breaking 265 million people a week. The figures, for 2013/14, represent an increase of 9 million people on the previous year. BBC’s “Outside Source” to broadcast across international platforms

The BBC has announced development of a brand new news programme, Outside Source, hosted by Ros Atkins, to be broadcast across its international platforms - BBC World Service Radio, BBC World News TV and BBC.com.
