Seven extends and broadens deal with Tennis Australia
Sydney - The Seven Network and Tennis Australia have extended their broadcasting deal for the Australian Open to 2014, also giving Seven exclusive new media rights to the event from 2008, and exclusive pay-TV rights from 2010. Plan for new ABC kids’ channel
Sydney- The Liberal/National Party Coalition has pledged to spend $A82 million ($US74.9 million) to fund a new digital children's channel for the Australian Broadcasting Commission if it is re-relected on Nov. 24.
