Singapore – Upside Down Entertainment (UDE) and US-based financing partner Cinema Solutions, Inc. are offering up to 80% financing for productions by Asian filmmakers. Singapore – Singapore’s Upside Down Concepts (UDC) and LIC Australia signed an MOU for a documentary slate worth US$4 million Nov 25 at the Asia Factual Forum in Singapore. ITU rules in favour of interference-free C-band spectrum in Asia
Hong Kong – The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) has decided to preserve C-band spectrum for satellite TV services in Asia to prevent wireless systems interfering with cable and satellite signals.
