Sydney - Ten Network Holdings announced today it posted a record $A1 billion ($US902 million) in revenues for the fiscal year ending Aug. 31 and confirmed a recasting of its board after Canada's CanWest Global Communications Corp. converted its 55% economic interest in the company to a majority stake.
