CNN has opened its new editorial operation in Chennai, India and recruited Sara Sidner and Liz Neisloss as new India-based correspondents. Sidner, who will join CNN from January 2008, is the weekend news anchor and field reporter at KTVU-TV in San Francisco / Oakland.
