StarHub reports 535,000 cable TV subs; offers two free sports channels
Singapore - StarHub's third quarter operating revenue increased 2% to S$537 million from S$525 million year-on-year (YoY). For the year-to-date (YTD), it recorded a 1% growth to S$1,600 million. The Group's EBITDA for the quarter rose 5% to S$172 million. Similarly, the Group's YTD EBITDA also saw a 5% lift. Indonesia’s Telkom bumps IPTV launch to 2010
Indonesia - PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) announced that it will now be launching IPTV in 2010. The service will be available initially in Jakarta before expanding to five other locations including Surabaya, Medan and Bali by 2011.
