Taiwan - The National Communications Commission (NCC) issued an operational license on July 31 to Elta Technology Co, a company set up by Chunghwa Telecom Co, to broadcast the Beijing Olympic Games live on Chunghwa's multimedia-on-demand (MOD) service.
