In this 10-part series, produced by Red Creative, Nguyen prepares local dishes and discovers traditional cooking techniques as he travels from Ho Chi Minh City, through the Mekong Delta and up the coast to the world heritage city of Hoi An. SBS will also preview the 10-part follow-up series at MIPTV. In this second series Nguyen continues his cultural and food journey, this time venturing to North Vietnam from Ha Long Bay to Sapa and Hanoi. Another Australian food and lifestyle title expected to turn heads at MIPTV is Italian Food Safari, the next instalment in SBS’s popular Food Safari series which is now broadcast in all major television markets internationally. This new 13-part series is co-hosted by renowned Melbourne chef Guy Grossi, alongside the program’s foodie, broadcaster and author host Maeve O’Meara.
